VW beetle bumper Caps
Scope of work: 3D scanned the bumper and created custom fit caps to seal the holes in the bumper. Caps where sanded and custom painted to match the color.
Race car fenders
Scope of work: We 3D scanned the car chassis and created custom Fenders. The customer glued them to the body to created a fiberglass mold for future production.
Custom Light covers.
Scope of work: The law states spotlights should be covered while on the road. The manufacturers caps kept falling off during normal driving. We created custom TPU caps with easy to release straps for the customer.
WW2 memorabilia
Scope of work: The customer had 3 medals from WW2 and wanted to create replicas for all the remaining family members as a gift. This one could not be 3D scanned because of the size. Instead we created the models using the originals as reference. The customer enlisted another company to paint them gold.
Clear lenses
Scope of work: The Customer required clear replica lenses to replace the lenses on his vintage car. We used Resin 3D printing to create clear lenses. The lenses are post processed by sanding them up to 2000 grit and spray with a UV clear goat for protection.
Cosplay items

Shining 3D Einstar 3D scanner handle design competition winner.
Scope of work: We entered a competition to design the best ergonomic handle for the Einstar 3D scanner. We created a dual hand holder with TPU grips. A mount for a camera to record and a back mount for a phone or tablet to view the scan data while scanning.
Depth Map Globe
Scope of work: The customer provide a Depth map of earth. We split the model for printing and design it so a stand from another globe could easily be used to mount it. The customer painted it in the correct colors after printing.
Reverse Engineering
Scope of work: The customer required us to 3D scan 6 pieces to compare dimensions and create CAD drawings for manufacturing.
